Phase 1
Workshops

Once you have decided to set up product analytics for your business, the first step is to organize a workshop. During the workshop we will help you define the metrics that are most important for your goals. We identify gaps in current tracking solutions and define the ideal state.

Once we have all information, we will determine the ideal tooling setup that corresponds with your business goals.

PHASE 2
Implementation

Next, we will start creating tailor made tracking- and implementations plan. We always work iterative towards the desired outcomes.

We will work closely with your development team and help with creating  the ideal data architecture, configuring the tools, and debugging the implementations.

PHASE 3
Train team-members

With the solution up and running, we train your team on how to use the new tooling and how to analyze the data effectively to identify trends and anomalies.

This also would involve using statistical techniques to identify patterns in the data and to isolate the factors that are driving changes in the metrics.
