Phase 1
Workshops

The process of building a client's data warehouse is highly dependent on the client's needs and the type of sources. At first, we'll get together to understand exactly what those are, so that we can understand how best to support then.

Together with our marketing and data engineer specialists we kick-off with a workshop. During this session we look at the current data infrastructure and determine the ideal end state.

Once we have all information, we will determine the ideal data infrastructure, tools and implementation process to reach our ideal state quickly and efficient. This will be presented during next session.

PHASE 2
Implementation

Once the ideal data infrastructure is determined, the engineer will begin the implementation process. This will involve creating a tailor-made tracking and implementation plan, configuring the necessary tools, and debugging the implementations.

The data engineer is responsible for managing the data pipeline and ensuring that the data is processed and stored appropriately. The data engineer works closely with the product manager to create an efficient process which integrates into a variety of applications and databases.

PHASE 3
Create dashboards & visualizations

Only storing data is not insights full. Therefore it's important to note that a data warehousing track is not often pursued independently and is typically connected with a dashboard track.

We will build visualizations in best-in-class dashboard tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau. We make sure to include all the key revenue levers and metrics that are defined. The dashboard is designed to be easily digestible and visually appealing, so that the your team could quickly and easily monitor their performance.
