Temper is a platform that gives people the freedom to work on demand where and whenever they want. Their explosive growth from a small startup towards the mature and well-funded business they are today has been inspiring. We supported the team with the positioning of Temper as a brand in general, worked on the initial growth metrics & KPI’s and trained their growth marketers from scratch.
Since Temper is a two-sided marketplace, the growth ratio between supply and demand has to be in balance. We assisted the team with proven tactics to maintain the quality between both throughout the whole funnel. We developed a detailed growth process and framework to validate and scale outcomes within the product.
We helped the founders of Temper with positioning of the company and crafted the initial story around the brand which let to national coverage of their launch and fundraising in The Netherlands later on.
Temper asked us if it was possible to transfer the Off The Record knowledge, process and frameworks to the new marketers, so our efforts were developed in a way that the marketing people at Temper could individually continue after our guidance with their own hires which we intensively trained and welcomed.
